A few infographics are turned on by default and can be scrolled through by clicking the arrows beside them. Each infographic shows the distribution of one variable around the chosen location. Information is displayed in a carousel of configurable infographics. Many different types of infographics, ranging from age pyramids to bar charts, can be accessed in Esri Maps for MicroStrategy. When report consumers click the Infographics button in a pop-up, ArcGIS aggregates the demographics around the selected location on the map and delivers information such as age distribution and income for a set distance around the location. If your organization's administrator has enabled infographics, you can choose to enable them in a report. Interactive pop-up infographics provide rich contextual information about locations on a map. From the Default buffer unit drop-down menu, choose the units you want.Type a new value in the Default buffer distance box.To change the default options for buffers applied to selections, do any of the following:.Click the Configure Trigger interactions button.If necessary, click the On/Off selector beside Trigger interactions to turn on the tool.Click the Tools tab if it is not already active.From the Advanced menu, choose Configure.Tools that you can enable or disable include the following: Enable or disable toolsĬhoose which tools will be available to report consumers. You can also configure settings for data formats such as numbers and dates. In addition, you can enable or disable tools and map elements and specify different configuration options for the measure tool and infographics. You can customize these themes by choosing different colors and fonts. Several predefined themes can be applied to elements of the map layout. You can easily specify which tools and map elements are available to users, and configure the way in which the map, data, and tools are displayed.
